Refund policy

You can exchange or receive a refund within 7 days of receiving your item and then posting your item back to me within 14 days (at Christmas time this time is extended to 30 days). Item has to be posted back in its original packaging, undamaged, unworn and unused. Please obtain proof of posting in the event that your item gets lost in the post.

Ones I  receive your item back, I charge £3.50 for UK and £12 for INTERNATIONAL exchange to cover P&P back to customer I will send you a payment link for that.

Please send me a message and I will send you further instructions on how to return or exchange your item.

Earrings can't be returned due to hygiene reasons!

Engraved collection is not eligible for refunds or exchanges!

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of returned items!

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTING COSTS FOR RETURNING THE ITEM THEY WANT TO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDED AND POSTING COSTS FOR ME SENDING THE ITEM BACK TO BUYER! PLEASE OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTING IN CASE SHIPPING COMPANIES MISPLACE THE PACKAGE.
